1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hamsaia website and services. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are accepted exclusively through the Hamsaia website and are subject to the availability of products in global markets.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK).
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.

4. Delivery of Products

Products are sourced from international markets and delivered by the Hamsaia team to the customer’s address in Afghanistan at the earliest possible time.

5. Returns

• Customers may return unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
• To request a return, customers must contact Hamsaia via WhatsApp.
• Returned products are collected free of charge by the Hamsaia team.
• Perishable goods and opened food items cannot be returned.

6. Liabilities

Hamsaia is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to transportation or customs issues.
